The lands of Kolorr are ruled by factions that identify themselves by Color. Each color has a King/Queen and the nobility that falls below them.I am looking to create a campaign with some old school type of roleplaying fun.(Not exactly sure what old school means in RPG on the net now. Found sites for OD&D that seem to match what I am trying to do here. Maybe.)
The lands of Kolorr are ruled by factions that identify themselves by Color. Even some beasts claim allegiance to a faction color.
Each color’s leadership has a specific tendency and rival. Not everyone in a color will have the same tendency as the leadership but rivals are mostly universal.
Players are usually free to choose any title except King or Queen with
approval from the Fantasy Master. This does not usually entitle them to a castle
or keep. Only the King/Queen’s home for each color
is called a castle. The rest are called keeps.
The Primary and Secondary races are in reference to the Nobility and Leadership of that color. Any race can be a member of any color.
Each color has numerous knights that they call upon for service often.
Knights normally associate themselves with specific castles/keeps that they
are based out of.
Wizards use spells, Summoners summon creatures, Illusionists cast images or illusions and the evil Necromancers of course raise the undead.
Adventures are usually one-shot episodes in this campaign.
Adventures normally start something like “The Green Duke and
the Red Duke are having a competition to eliminate the ghost
of the lost keep. Whoever’s champions do so, win control of
the keep for their noble.” This does NOT mean the champions
themselves get control of the keep.
IF YOU ARE A PLAYER CHARACTER IN MY CAMPAIGN THEN I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT CLICK THE LINK INTO THE ADVENTURES PAGE
Everyone has them. Some I have created, some have been borrowed, and some are just from around the net with no definite author I can find.
A list of abbreviations and such.
